Grow in understanding
Build a shared foundation in service, spiritual preparation, commitment, and accountability.
A shared academy for people who want to grow in ministry, learn together, and put their calling into practice.

VTA grew from a conversation about equipping the people who support ministry. At the August 30, 2026 pastors’ meeting, Pastor Boma and Pastor Phyllis were asked to develop an academy, beginning with administration, Rhapsody distribution, and follow-up.
The starting point was practical: identify volunteers with the capacity to serve, prepare them for clear responsibilities, and support them through their local leadership.
Today, that vision is taking shape as a broader ministry academy—a place to learn together, build confidence, and prepare for meaningful service.
